Cookie Policy
Effective date: July 1, 2026 Current version: 2.0
1. What are cookies
Section titled “1. What are cookies”Cookies are small text files stored in your browser when you visit a website. They let the site “remember” your actions and preferences (for example, interface language, authentication state) for a period of time.
Besides cookies, the Service may use similar technologies — localStorage, sessionStorage,
IndexedDB, Service Worker — to store data in the browser. The Notifly Android app does not use
cookies; it stores an access token locally on the device.
Where a cookie allows you to be identified directly or indirectly, the data it contains is treated as personal data under our Privacy Policy.
2. Which cookies we use
Section titled “2. Which cookies we use”2.1. Strictly necessary
Section titled “2.1. Strictly necessary”Without these the Service cannot function correctly. Consent is not required, as they are necessary to provide the service you request.
| Name | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|
JWT / auth_token | User authentication in the control panel | Until logout or 30 days |
notifly-theme | Remembering the selected theme (light / dark / system) | Indefinitely (until cleared) |
i18nextLng | Remembering the selected interface language | Indefinitely (until cleared) |
cookie-consent | Remembering your cookie choice | 12 months |
2.2. Functional
Section titled “2.2. Functional”Used to improve convenience (for example, the collapsed state of navigation panels). Stored
locally in localStorage.
2.3. Analytics
Section titled “2.3. Analytics”The Service currently does not use third-party web-analytics systems (Google Analytics, Yandex.Metrica, etc.). If they are added, this Policy will be updated and you will be able to give or withdraw consent for the corresponding cookies before they are used.
2.4. Advertising
Section titled “2.4. Advertising”Advertising cookies are not used.
3. Legal basis
Section titled “3. Legal basis”Strictly necessary cookies are used on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating the Service and providing the service you request. Any analytics, non-essential functional or advertising cookies, if added, are used only on the basis of your consent.
4. Managing cookies
Section titled “4. Managing cookies”Most browsers accept cookies by default. You can change your browser settings to block cookies or warn you about them:
Disabling strictly necessary cookies will make it impossible to log in and use the control panel.
5. Consent
Section titled “5. Consent”On your first visit you are shown a banner about the use of cookies. Your choice is stored in the
cookie-consent file for 12 months. You can withdraw consent by clearing cookies in your browser
settings.
6. Transfer to third parties
Section titled “6. Transfer to third parties”Cookies set by the Service are first-party (publisher domain) and are not shared with third parties. Exceptions are possible if third-party services are added (see section 2.3) — this will be announced separately and, where required, subject to consent.
7. Changes
Section titled “7. Changes”The terms of this Policy may change. The current version is always available at https://ainotifly.com/legal/cookies/.
8. Contact
Section titled “8. Contact”Questions about cookie usage: support@ainotifly.com.
